From product conception to after-sales, passing through all organisation and production processes, the spirit of the company is always keyed to attaining the very highest quality standards required by the Automotive industry.
The “ingredients” behind the success of such activity consist of: well-defined company strategies, careful attention to Customer needs, interaction with qualified suppliers, staff involvement and training, use of modern equipment.
The technical sheets that accompany products are compiled following test methods established by International Standard Institutes; quality and safety tests are performed both within the company and in conjunction with leading external laboratories.
The E.T.S. quality system, initially certified according to the AVSQ ’94 standard (equivalent to EAQF ’94 and VDA 6), was among the first in the industry to be in conformity with the prestigious automotive certification ISO/TS 16949 ver. 2009 (Certification Institute: TÜV Management Service GmbH).
